## What is Konstru?

Konstru is a cloud-based platform that enables users to transfer building information models between various modeling applications, a process often referred to as model interoperability.

Konstru links to the most commonly used modeling applications used in the AEC industry, such as Revit, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Excel, and more. In addition to the seamless translation of data rich BIM models with the click of a button, the Konstru platform also enables design collaboration, permission control, and model comparison across the multiple BIM and analysis programs.

Architects and Structural Engineers use a variety of 3D modeling platforms in order to iterate through the building design process. 3D modeling applications have different methods of representing building elements, inherently creating barriers between designers and engineers. Konstru eliminates these barriers by creating a seamless method of translating BIM models allowing synchronizing data and geometry between various modeling programs, while respecting their specific standards.
