# Konstru Excel

One of our most popular and powerful clients is Konstru for Excel. It allows you to fully modify a Konstru model in Excel. You can download any Konstru model into Excel as a new Workbook, apply changes like:

* Modify Profile Sections
* Change Floor or Wall Thickness
* Modify all Attributes
* Add new Attributes

Or go even further and add new elements using Excel like:

* Add Beams or Braces
* Add Columns
* Add Levels
* Add Gridlines

#### General Element Representation

All Konstru Elements are supported and downloaded into one row each element.

Attribute Values: Can be changed but empty cell values are not considered.\
Add new Attributes: Can be added by adding a new Column with an attribute name in the first row.

MaterialID: Change materials by existing material names only (see Materials tab).

Name: fully changeable (empty values are not considered).

ProfileID: Change profiles by existing profile names only (see Profiles tab).

#### What cannot be changed in Excel?

Geometries and Types cannot be modified.
