Konstru-Standard-Profiles-Create-Circular-Profile.png Section profiles Revit represents double angles and channels as single entities with one reference line. In order to keep it a one-to-one relationship when translating to Tekla, Tekla custom parts are used to create these elements. Custom parts named "Double Angles (Equal)", "Double Angles (LLH)", and "Double Angles (LLV)", with angle and channel single profiles are used. Revit Short Leg Back to Back (SLBB) equals Tekla Long Leg Horizontal (LLH), and Revit Long Leg Back to Back equals Tekla Long Leg Vertical (LLV). Once an element is created as a particular type (Equal, LLH, or LLV), it cannot be changed from that type, only the single profile string, spacing, and overall orientation can be changed.
